Payments for additional customs fees, duties, or taxes will be processed by global-e. No additional fees will be charged upon delivery, unless stated otherwise.

Please note a signature is required to receive your order so please ensure someone is home or you may arrange another time to attempt delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
We operate a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for a refund or an exchange.
We offer returns & exchanges free of charge on all products valued over £300.00. For product returns with a value less than £300.00, the cost of the return shipment will be deducted from your refund.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Pre-order and custom products are not eligible for returns, as these products are made to order. Gift Cards are also not eligible for return.
