Shipping policy
This shipping policy outlines delivery of goods purchased through Opstar Studios Ltd (t/a Stefan Cooke).
Shipping rates and free delivery
We ship with DHL Express. Available delivery services and shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout.
United Kingdom: free shipping on eligible orders of £150 or more.
European Union: free shipping on eligible orders of £250 or more, or the equivalent in your checkout currency.
United States: free shipping on eligible orders of £300 or more, or the equivalent in your checkout currency.
Japan: free shipping on eligible orders of £300 or more, or the equivalent in your checkout currency.
Canada, South Korea, Singapore, Australia and all other destinations: shipping is calculated at checkout. No general free-shipping threshold currently applies.
Below these free-shipping thresholds, DHL Express delivery is charged at £20 equivalent for the European Union and £25 equivalent for the United States and Japan. These delivery prices are converted to your checkout currency. Applicable duties and taxes are shown separately or included as indicated at checkout.
Free shipping applies automatically to eligible one-time purchases. Minimum spends are based on eligible merchandise after applicable discounts, excluding shipping and separately charged duties and taxes. International thresholds are set in GBP and converted to your checkout currency, so the local-currency equivalent can change. The final shipping charge is confirmed at checkout.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery timeframes
Estimated transit times after dispatch are 1–2 working days for the UK, 2–4 working days for the US and Europe, 3–10 working days for Japan and South Korea, and 3–14 working days for other destinations. These are estimates and may vary by service and destination. Customs clearance, courier delays and other unforeseen circumstances can affect delivery.
International orders, duties and taxes
International orders are placed directly with Opstar Studios Ltd (t/a Stefan Cooke) through our online store. We ship international orders Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), with applicable import duties and taxes included in the price or collected at checkout, as shown before you place your order. Free shipping covers the delivery charge only; it does not waive applicable duties or taxes.
If a courier asks you to pay an unexpected import charge, or customs officials require further documentation, please contact store@stefan-cooke.com for assistance.
Tracking and delivery
Use the tracking link in your dispatch email to follow your delivery. Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. A signature is required on delivery, so please ensure someone is available or arrange an alternative delivery time with the courier.
Changes to this policy
Opstar Studios Ltd reserves the right to update or modify this shipping policy. Changes take effect upon posting to the website.
